Welcome to our FAQ page. If you’re new to The Bundle Babe or ordering luxury Vietnamese hair for the first time, here’s everything you need to know. If you can’t find the answer you’re looking for, feel free to message us on WhatsApp — we’re always here to help.

What is raw Vietnamese hair?

Raw Vietnamese hair is 100% unprocessed human hair that comes from a single donor. It has not been chemically treated, steamed or altered. This means every bundle has its own natural pattern, beautiful shine and exceptional longevity. With proper care, raw hair can last 3+ years.

What is the difference between raw and virgin hair?

Virgin hair is steamed to create texture and has undergone minimal processing.
Raw hair is completely untouched — it’s the highest-quality hair on the market. You’ll notice:

  • More durability

  • Natural movement

  • Minimal shedding

  • Ability to bleach and colour more safely

Raw hair behaves just like natural hair because it is natural hair.

How many bundles do I need?

This depends on the look you want and your chosen length:

  • 16”–22” → 2 bundles for a natural look, 3 for fuller volume

  • 24”–28” → 3 bundles recommended for fullness

  • Wigs already include the correct density

Can the hair be dyed or bleached?

Yes. Our raw Vietnamese hair can be safely dyed, toned and bleached by a professional stylist.
For the best results, we always recommend a patch test first and avoiding box dyes or harsh chemicals.

How long does the hair last?

With proper care, your raw Vietnamese bundles can last 2–3 years or more. The key is gentle maintenance, moisturising products and avoiding excessive heat.

Does the hair shed or tangle?

All real human hair sheds slightly, but our raw bundles have minimal shedding because they’re cuticle-aligned and sourced intact from a single donor. Tangling is extremely rare when cared for properly.

How do I care for my hair?

Care is simple. Treat your bundles as you would your own hair:

  • Use sulphate-free shampoo

  • Use a moisturising conditioner

  • Avoid heavy oils or products with alcohol

  • Detangle gently from the ends upward

  • Sleep with a silk bonnet or scarf

  • Avoid excessive heat

Do you offer free returns?

We do not currently offer free returns. You may return your order within 30 working days, as long as the hair is unopened, unworn and in its original packaging.

Do you offer exchanges?

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, you may return your order (if eligible) and place a new one.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled before they enter processing.
Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, as your item is reserved specifically for you.

When will my pre-order ship?

All current pre-orders will be dispatched on 9th January, our official launch day. Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times begin after your order has been dispatched.

  • Qatar: 1–3 working days

  • International: 3–7 working days

Times may vary during peak holiday or courier delays.

What payment methods do you accept?

Our payment methods will be activated once our CR registration is complete.
In the meantime, we may offer manual payment options for soft pre-orders.

Are your photos real?

Yes. All product photos are curated to represent the exact textures we offer. Please keep in mind that raw hair varies slightly from bundle to bundle because it is 100% natural and has not been processed.
