Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 working days of purchase, provided the items are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Due to hygiene standards, hair extensions that have been opened, worn or tampered with cannot be returned.

We do not offer exchanges.

Refunds are issued only after your return has been inspected and approved.
