🖤 Cancellations Policy

At The Bundle Babe, every order is prepared with care. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel an order. This policy explains when cancellations are possible and how they work.

 

Cancelling a Standard Order

If you place an order for an item that is in stock and you wish to cancel it, you must contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel standard orders before they have entered processing or been dispatched.

Once your order has been processed, packaged or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In this case, you will need to wait for the order to arrive and then request a refund through our Returns Portal, provided the item meets the conditions of our Returns Policy.

 

Cancelling a Pre-Order

All pre-orders are made to secure your reserved item in our next shipment and are assigned specifically to you. For this reason, pre-orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed.
By placing a pre-order, you agree to the stated dispatch date and the terms outlined in our Pre-Order Policy.

 

After Processing or Dispatch

If your order has begun processing or has already been shipped, it is unfortunately no longer eligible for cancellation. In this case, you may still request a return once the item arrives, provided it meets our Returns & Refunds criteria (unopened, unworn and in original packaging).

 

Refunds for Approved Cancellations

If your cancellation request is approved before the order enters processing, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please message us immediately through WhatsApp or email with your:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for cancellation
