Shipping policy

At The Bundle Babe, we want your shopping experience to be smooth, clear and stress-free. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order will be shipped.

 

Processing Times

All orders placed through our website require a short processing period before they are dispatched. This allows us to prepare your items, complete quality checks and package them safely.
Processing usually takes 1–3 working days, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

If your item is a pre-order, it will be shipped on the specific date stated at checkout and on your product page. Our current pre-order dispatch date is 9th January.

 

Shipping Times

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email along with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Qatar Orders:
    Most deliveries arrive within 1–3 working days after dispatch.

  • International Orders:
    Delivery normally takes 3–7 working days, depending on the destination and customs processing times.

Please note that shipping times may be slightly longer during peak seasons, holidays or unforeseeable courier delays.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight of your order. Any duties, import fees or customs charges for international deliveries are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link. If you do not receive this within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us and we will be happy to assist you.

 

Address Details

Please ensure your address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot take responsibility for delays or lost parcels caused by incomplete or incorrect delivery information. If you realise there is a mistake, contact us immediately so we can try to correct it before dispatch.

 

Lost or Delayed Parcels

While delays are rare, they can happen. If your parcel seems delayed, please follow the tracking link first. If there is no update or movement, contact us and we will look into it for you.
Parcels marked as delivered by the courier cannot be refunded.
