We want you to absolutely love your purchase. If for any reason you change your mind, we’re happy to offer a refund on eligible items within 30 working days from the date of purchase.

Please read the information below before submitting your return.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unworn, unopened, and in its original packaging. This includes all protective coverings such as nets, tags and bands. Because hair extensions are hygienic products, we cannot accept items that have been opened, brushed, installed, washed, dyed, cut, heat-styled or tampered with in any way. Any product that shows signs of wear or has missing packaging will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refund Processing Time

Once your return has arrived and been inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. The inspection process usually takes 3–5 working days, and refunds may take an additional 5–10 working days to appear depending on your bank. We will update you throughout the return process so you know exactly where your refund is up to.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please submit your return for a refund and then place a new order through our website.

 

How to start a return

To start your return, please use our online Returns Portal where you can submit your request by entering your order details. Once your return is approved, we will send you the instructions for posting your item back to us. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure your order reaches us safely.
